MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Ronald Dela Rosa sought assurance from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) that there would be no destabilization or coup d'etat against the present administration.
Dela Rosa issued the statement during Wednesday's hearing of the Commission on Appointments Committee on National Defense to consider the interim appointments of 15 generals and flag officers of the AFP.
