MANILA, Philippines — The state-run weather agency said on Wednesday that weather would be fair in the country save for localized thunderstorms late in the afternoon or at night.

Weather specialist Rhea Torres of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said, however, that it has not monitored any low pressure area inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility over the next few days.
