NAVAL, Biliran — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Biliran District Engineering Office recently completed the P50 million road widening project from Barangay San Pablo to Barangay Caraycaray in Naval, the capital town of Biliran province.
The project involves the concreting of additional lane on both sides of the existing Biliran Circumferential Road (BCR) along Biliran-Naval road section with a total length of 2.398 lane kilometers, including drainage and slope protection structure.
