CEBU CITY — The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) said it will conduct its own investigation into the alleged misconduct of Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) officers.
This is separate from the probe being conducted by the Philippine National Police (PNP) into the complaint against police officers regarding the controversial arrest of former city administrator Collin Rosell on Nov. 8, 2024.
