MANILA, Philippines — The shear line - an imaginary line where the hot and cold air converge - will be bringing heavy to intense rainfall over Isabela on Tuesday and in Cagayan on Wednesday, according to the state weather bureau.
It said that it has not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure area inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility in the coming days.
