(UPDATE) THE National Bureau of Inves-tigation (NBI), in collaboration with the Philippine Army, successfully apprehended Anwar Romuros, also known as Anouar Abdulrauf, the incumbent vice mayor of Marawi City, on charges of murder and attempted murder.
The arrest occurred on Monday, Dec. 2, at the Hall of Justice, following a flag-raising ceremony at Marawi City Hall.
