Groups want VP Sara impeached

(UPDATE) CIVIL society groups filed an impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte at the House of Representatives on Monday.

The complainants accused Duterte of culpable violation of the Constitution, betrayal of public trust, and other high crimes.
