MANILA, Philippines — Mayor Abby Binay has ordered the Makati City Police to step up its security measures during the Christmas season, especially in the Central Business District (CBD).
Aside from increasing visibility and deploying more police officers, the mayor instructed the Makati police to strengthen its coordination with the private sector and barangay authorities to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, workers, traders, and visitors in the city.
