Rufa Mae Quinto on scam allegations: I am also a victim

MANILA, Philippines — Actress Rufa Mae Quinto on Tuesday vehemently denied 'any connection to any fraudulent activity.'

She released the statement a day after her counsel's confirmation that she has a standing warrant of arrest.
