Senator wants loan program for MSMEs

SEN. Ronald Dela Rosa has urged Trade Secretary Maria Cristina Aldeguer-Roque to create a loan program for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with no interest rate.

The senator made the proposal on Wednesday during the confirmation hearing of Roque's ad interim appointment.
