MANILA, Philippines — The Department of National Defense (DND) on Monday reaffirmed its commitment to end violence against women as the agency observed the 18-day drive to end domestic violence.
Undersecretary Irineo Espino, DND Gender and Development Focal Point System (GADFPS) chairman, on Monday read the message of Secretary Gilbert Teodoro, Jr. for this year's campaign to end Violence Against Women (VAW).
