MANILA, Philippines —The Behrouz Elite Swimming Team (BEST) triumphantly returned home with 11 medals from the 2024 Batang Pinoy swimming competitions recently held in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

Representing Paranaque City, Yugo Cabana led the charge of the squad, capturing one gold, three silver, and one bronze medals in the boys' 14-15 division. Cabana dominated the 100m butterfly with a record time of 59.66 seconds, outpacing silver medalist Kevin Chan (1:00.98) of Mandaluyong and bronze medalist Jet Berueda (1:01.34) of Pampanga.
