PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday led the inauguration of Universal Robina Corp.'s (URC) new flour milling plant in Quezon province, a state-of-the-art facility that would help in the country's food security.
Speaking at the event ceremony in Sariaya, Quezon, Marcos recognized the 10-hectare flour milling plant as a milestone that would help shape the future of the Philippine food industry.
