CEBU CITY — Eight City Hall employees are under the microscope for allegedly participating in an unpermitted rally outside City Hall on Nov. 8, 2024.

This was confirmed by Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia, who revealed the ongoing investigation during a press briefing on Monday.
