ILOILO CITY — The Quezon Hall of West Visayas State University (WVSU), which served as a hub for teaching workforce training during the American colonial period in this city, has been fully restored.
The renovated facility was officially turned over by the Henry Sy Foundation and SM Foundation to WVSU on Wednesday.
