IT was funny until it became dark. I am referring to the House committees investigating the mystery of the confidential funds at the Office of the Vice President. But let us stick to the fun part.

Well, everyone seemed to be well-dressed — committee members, males in impeccable barongs and suits, and some of the females in bright party dresses that added a festive and welcoming touch that could aid questions and answers.
