A MEMORANDUM of agreement between Isabela State University (ISU) and Howest University of Applied Sciences in Belgium was formalized at Saint Mary's University in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, to strengthen ties and partnership between the two institutions on Nov. 7, 2024.
ISU was led by Romano Cammayo, the university's vice president for administrative and finance services, representing ISU President Ricmar Aquino.
