THE Supreme Court has denied the motions for partial reconsideration filed by the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) government, the Office of the Solicitor General and other parties seeking to reverse its Sept. 9 decision that excluded the province of Sulu from BARMM.
The Court declared its decision final and immediately executory, adding that no further pleadings would be entertained.
