CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Millions of pesos are lost in the power pilferage of unscrupulous consumers in Oriental Mindoro.
"And the sad part is that they are charged to member-consumers in the form of system loss that adds up to the power rate consumption of those judiciously consuming and paying their electricity bills," said Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative (Ormeco) general manager Humphrey Dolor.
