THE Commission on Human Rights (CHR) has condemned two separate acts of violence in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) last October, one of which resulted in the death of a security aide.
The first incident involved Commissioner Archie Buaya of the Bangsamoro Human Rights Commission (BHRC), while the other one was the bombing of Bangsamoro Health Minister Kadil Monera Sinolinding Jr.'s office.
