THE Cebu provincial government has formalized a partnership with Cebu Normal University (CNU) through a usufruct agreement to support the construction of the Cebu Normal University–Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (CNU-VSMMC) College of Medicine building.
This collaboration aims to enhance medical education and training in the region by providing a state-of-the-art facility for future health care professionals.
