IN Tuesday's editorial, we discussed House Bill 10985, the "Employment Opportunities for Senior Citizens and Private Entities' Incentives Act," which was approved by the House of Representatives last week. That bill effectively answers the need to encourage the creation of more job opportunities for seniors. Unfortunately, another bill pending in the House that intends to do the same for persons with disabilities (PWDs), HB 8941, does not take the same fair and effective approach.
