Former rebels create regional federation

TUGUEGARAO CITY — The Armed Forces of the Philippines has formed the Regional Federation of Former Rebels People's Organization in Cagayan Valley.

Brig. Gen. Gulliver Señires of the Army 5th Infantry Division said the formation of the regional federation is to 'strengthen the ability of the organizations of former rebels who have returned and surrendered to the government.'
