BACOLOD CITY — An independent senatorial aspirant was among those declared as a nuisance candidate by the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
Jonry Gargarita, a 36-year old criminology graduate from Barangay Progreso, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, was served the decision of the poll body last week, provincial election supervisor Ian Lee Ananoria said on Monday.
