COMMON sense is not common these days. Again, let it be known that the Congressional and Intelligence Fund (CIF) given to the VP was from a request made in August 2022 to President Marcos, which he approved and sent instructions to the Department of Budget and Management secretary and the executive secretary at that time. That there was a plan submitted to the president whose release he approved and authorized is now being set aside with the direct persecution of the VP by the House of Representatives. This persecution could have stopped if only President Marcos said, no, this is beyond you, Speaker Romualdez and this is between me and the vice president. But none of that and the road to hell became an apparent right given solely to the House speaker.
