TANAUAN CITY — The Tanauan City Police have launched a campaign dubbed "Oplan Bulldozer," which seeks to eradicate the illegal numbers game locally known as "bookies."
Bookies is an unauthorized form of Small Town Lottery (STL) which poses a direct challenge to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office's (PCSO) legitimate operations.
