BATANGAS CITY — The provincial government here distributed generator machines and survival kits to different local government units (LGUs) affected by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine, officially kicking off the province's holiday celebration.
In his speech on Saturday night at the annual "Paskuhan" with the theme "Liwanag ng Pagkakaisa" (Light of Unity) at the capitol compound, Gov. Hermilando Mandanas said they dedicate the celebration to all affected Batangueños who are still recovering from the calamity that struck late October.
