(UPDATE) THE National Housing Authority (NHA) and the Navotas City government on Saturday broke ground for another housing project for the city's informal settler families.
NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, Mayor John Rey Tiangco and Rep. Tobias Tiangco led the groundbreaking ceremony for Navotaas Homes 5 Phase 2 in Barangay Tanza 1.
