MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has designated three members of his Cabinet as caretakers of the government when he leaves for his working visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, and Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado Estrella III will form the "caretaker committee," Presidential Communications Office Secretary Cesar Chavez said.
