According to the CBRE Q3 Market Report, Conduent Inc., a global leader in business process services, leased 9,000 square meters, highlighting Batangas' growing appeal for IT-BPM operations. The lease represents 24 percent of all provincial office take-ups for the quarter, emphasizing Southern Luzon's rising demand for premium spaces.
Batangas' strategic location, robust infrastructure and skilled workforce have positioned it as a key player in decentralizing the IT-BPM industry. As the sector anticipates generating 1 million new jobs by 2028, Batangas is poised to capture a significant share, fueling economic growth.
