DAVAO CITY, Philippines — Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas has been discharged from the hospital after two surgeries he underwent since October.
Treñas was on medical leave since Sept. 26 as he was confined at the St. Luke's Medical Center-Global City in Taguig, Metro Manila.
