MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil on Sunday distributed cash assistance to 4,781 police officers severely affected by the series of cyclones that pummeled the country recently.
Marbil said typhoon-affected policemen also need help.
