MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Electric Company (Meralco) said that some areas in Metro Manila, Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan will have power interruptions for a maximum of 5 hours due to maintenance work.

In Bulacan on November 25, 2024, some areas in Balagtas and Guiguinto will have no electricity from 12:01 a.m. to 5 a.m.
