PHILIPPINE National Railways (PNR) chairman Michael Ted Macapagal expressed full support for the integration of the Subic-Clark-Manila-Batangas (SCMB) railway corridor, a cargo train component, into the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) project.
In his statement during the PNR's 132nd Anniversary celebration held at the Tutuban executive office, Macapagal said the SCMB project would revolutionize the transportation system of agricultural produce and provide people in Luzon a fast and efficient but affordable cargo service.
