NLEX taps 6-9 Watkins as import

NLEX finally got an import for the coming PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup after signing up former Penn State standout Mike Watkins as its reinforcement for the mid-season conference.

Listed at 6-9, Watkins is fresh off a stint with Piratas in the Venezuelan pro league where he averaged 13.7 points, 10.7 rebounds and 2.6 blocks in 29 games.
