PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday, Nov. 21, led the distribution of 2,939 certificates of condonation with release of mortgage (Cocroms) and awarded 30 certificates of land ownership award (CLOAs) to over 2,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in Pampanga.
The move, he said, would help ease the farmers' plight following the series of typhoons in the country.
