MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte visited her chief of staff who was detained at the House of Representatives for refusing to provide information in an investigation involving the use of confidential funds.
Undersecretary Zuleika Lopez was cited in contempt by ACT Teachers Rep. France Castro on Wednesday night after continuing to evade questions over a memorandum that prevented officials of the Office of the Vice President (OVP) from attending these hearings.
