MANILA, Philippines — The country will still have to contend with one or two more storms likely to hit in December, the chief of the state-run weather agency said on Friday.

This also means that no tropical cyclone or low pressure area is expected until the end of November, said Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) Administrator Nathaniel Servando.
