MANILA, Philippines — Choco Mucho survived a fiery third set salvo of Capital 1 and posted a 25-20, 26-24, 26-28, 25-9 victory in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City on Thursday, Nov. 21.The Flying Titans banked on Sisi Rondina's double-double performance of 23 points built on 17 attacks, four blocks, and two aces, along with 12 excellent digs, and nine excellent receptions.Royse Tubino and Dindin Manabat added 12 and 11 points, respectively for Choco Mucho, which improved to 2-0 in the tournament.Choco Mucho's playmaker Mars Alba also made 16 excellent sets, while libero Thang Ponce tallied 10 excellent receptions and 30 excellent digs.The Flying Titans made six service aces while the Solar Spikers only made three.Capital 1 was led by Leila Cruz who scored 16 points while Jorelle Singh and Lourdes Clemente chipped in 12 and 11 points, respectively.Capital 1 remained winless after two outings.
