NAVAL, Biliran — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Biliran District Engineering Office based here has announced the completion of the P38-million farm-to-market project in the town of Culaba.
OIC-district engineer Irwin Antonio told The Manila Times that the road project linking Barangay Marvel and Barangay Looc has now benefited farmers in Culaba town.
