THE British Council has awarded the University of the Philippines (UP) College of Architecture the International Collaboration Grant (ICG) to the Climate-Adaptive Reimaginings for Enhancing Healthcare Spaces of the Future (CAREscape) project, an innovative initiative between the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom and UP.

UP is one of three grant recipients in the East Asia region. The partnership brings together scholars, architects and artists to develop creative and climate-adaptive solutions for health care spaces, responding to the pressing challenges posed by climate change in vulnerable communities.
