Pepito leaves P760M damage in Pangasinan

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — Super Typhoon Pepito destroyed some P753.6 million worth of roads and public structures and P11.5 million worth of crops and livestock in Pangasinan province, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) reported on Tuesday.

In his situational report on Typhoon Pepito at 12 p.m. on Nov. 19, PDRRMO chief Rhodyn Luchinvar Oro said that damage to infrastructure reported in 26 towns and two cities consisted of dilapidated asphalt and concrete pavements, eroded road shoulders and blown off roofs of public buildings.
