MANILA, Philippines — From among the 156 certified party-list groups participating in the 2025 midterm elections, only ACT-CIS (Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support Inc.) is expected to secure three seats in at the House of Representatives with a 14.04 percent voter preference, according to a survey taken in November.
Based on the Tangere survey conducted from November 13 to 16, the notable increase of almost 3 percent in the ACT-CIS voter preference compared to the previous month's survey was driven primarily by support from the lower middle-income class in Metro Manila and Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna,Batangas, Rizal and Quezon).
