San Roque Dam back to normal

SAN MANUEL, Pangasinan — The San Roque Dam here has stopped releasing water on Monday, as the skies cleared in Pangasinan province following the exit of Super Typhoon Pepito to the West Philippine Sea.

Maria Teresa Serra, head of the National Power Corporation's Flood Forecasting and Warning System Division, said that one of the dam's spillway gates, which was opened on Sunday, was closed at 11 a.m. on Monday.
