CEBU CITY — The recent political turmoil at the Cebu City Hall is being likened by a vice mayoral candidate to the leadership dispute at the Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) a few years ago.
Jose Daluz III, a former MCWD board chairman who is running for vice mayor in next year's polls, noted the similarities between the two conflicts, pointing to the involvement of the same key players in both disputes.
