ACT-CIS Rep. Erwin Tulfo and his brother, media executive Ben "Bitag" Tulfo, emerged as frontrunners in the Senate race in the latest pre-election preferential Survey by Tangere.
The survey, conducted from Nov. 6 to 9, highlighted the strong voter preference of the Tulfo brothers across regions and socio-economic classes.
