THE Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) have signed a partnership aimed at promoting the welfare and rehabilitation of probationers, parolees and pardonees.

The signing of a memorandum of agreement (MOA), led by Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla and Tesda Director General Jose Francisco Benitez, solidifies the collaboration between the agencies to foster reformation through skills development.
