THE Department of Education (DepEd) on Monday issued guidelines to ensure the safety of learners and teachers as well as learning continuity in the aftermath of Super Typhoon Pepito.
The guidelines are contained in Department Memorandum 64 signed by Secretary Sonny Angara.
