MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives' Committee on Public Order and Safety on Tuesday held a briefing on policemen affected by the drug war under the Duterte administration.
Earlier this month, Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Rommel Francisco Marbil reported that 1,286 PNP personnel were wounded and killed in the line of duty. The 1,286 was composed of 312 dead and 974 injured.
