DEPARTMENT of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman has been recognized as one of the top-rating officials in President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s Cabinet, achieving an impressive 89.4 percent performance rating in the third-quarter 'Boses ng Bayan' survey by RPMD Foundation Inc., up from her 88 percent rating in the second quarter.

The independent, non-commissioned survey, conducted from Sept. 20 to 30, 2024, underscores the budget secretary's dedication to transparency, good governance and budget efficiency.
